DESCRIPCIÓN

MOV-20D182K is a 20 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. It features a nominal varistor voltage of 1800 V at 1 mA DC, with a maximum AC RMS voltage rating of 1100 V and DC voltage rating of 1465 V. The device offers high current handling capability with a maximum peak current of 6500 A (8/20 µs waveform), energy absorption of 623.0 J, and a fast response time of typically 10 ns. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and UL 1449 certification, this RoHS compliant varistor is ideal for surge protection in power supplies, power systems, line voltage applications, telecom systems, and white goods/appliances.
