DESCRIPCIÓN

MOV-07D201KTR is a 7 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a nominal varistor voltage of 200 V with a maximum continuous voltage rating of 130 V RMS and 170 V DC, providing robust protection across a wide range of applications. It delivers a maximum peak current of 13 A (8/20 µs pulse), maximum energy absorption of 1200 J, and a fast response time of 10–25 ns, ensuring rapid suppression of transient faults. The varistor operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is RoHS compliant with 100% tin plating on terminations. This device is ideal for power supplies, power systems, line voltage protection, telecom systems, and white goods applications where high current handling and energy absorption are required.
