DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-USMF150-2 is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse from Bourns designed for fast-acting circuit protection in surface mount applications. This device features a maximum voltage rating of 6 V, a hold current (Ihold) of 1.50 A, and a trip current (Itrip) of 3.00 A at 23°C, with a resistance of 0.030 O and a maximum time to trip of 0.110 seconds. The component is housed in a compact 1210 footprint (3.00–3.43 mm × 2.35–2.80 mm) and is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automated assembly and harsh automotive environments. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is commonly used for protecting USB ports, HDMI interfaces, IEEE 1394 ports, and other high-speed data lines in consumer electronics such as game consoles, PC motherboards, mobile phones, and digital cameras.
