DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-RHT200-0 is a high-temperature PTC resettable fuse from Bourns' MF-RHT Series, engineered for overcurrent protection in automotive and general electronic equipment applications. The device features a maximum voltage rating of 16 V and maximum current rating of 100 A, with a hold current of 2.0 A at 23°C and a trip current of 3.8 A. It exhibits a minimum resistance of 0.110 O and a post-trip resistance of 12.5 O, with a maximum time to trip of 3.0 seconds at 23°C. The fuse operates reliably across an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C with low thermal derating, maintaining a hold current of 0.49 A even at 125°C. This device is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it ideal for automotive engine control modules and high-temperature electronic protection applications where resettable fault protection is required.
