DESCRIPCIÓN
MF-NSHT050KX-2 is an automotive-grade PTC resettable fuse from the MF-NSHT series designed for overcurrent protection in automotive applications. This device features a 1206 small footprint surface mount package with a maximum voltage rating of 16 V, maximum current of 20 A, and a hold current of 0.50 A at 23°C. The fuse exhibits low thermal derating with higher hold currents maintained at elevated temperatures, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is AEC-Q200 Rev-D compliant and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments where circuit protection and thermal stability are critical. The device is packaged in tape and reel format per EIA-481 standard with ENIG-plated terminals for reliable soldering.
