DESCRIPCIÓN
ISOM3-320-R-L2 is a hybrid protection component from the Bourns IsoMOV Series that combines Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) and Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) technologies into a single device for superior surge protection. It features a maximum continuous operating voltage of 320 Vrms (415 Vdc), low capacitance of 30 pF at 20 kHz, and operating leakage current of less than 10 µA at MCOV. The device offers high energy handling with Inom ratings of 3,000 A for 15 operations and 6,000 A for 10 operations, along with a maximum clamping voltage of 800 V at 50 A. With its in-line lead configuration (L2), extended temperature range, and RoHS compliance, this component is ideally suited for AC and DC power applications requiring premium surge protection performance and space savings.
