DESCRIPCIÓN

CSS2H-3920R-L500FE is a precision current sense resistor from Bourns' CSS2H-3920 series, designed for high-power applications requiring accurate current measurement. The device features a resistance of 0.5 mO with a power rating of 9 W at 70°C and 5 W at 130°C, utilizing a Cu-Mn resistive alloy with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C. It incorporates an EB-welded metal strip construction with excellent long-term stability, low thermal EMF, and inductance below 3 nH, ensuring minimal signal distortion. The resistor operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +170°C and meets RoHS compliance, halogen-free requirements, and AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards. With dimensional specifications of 1.27 mm height and 0.60 mm width, it is ideal for automotive, industrial power management, and battery monitoring systems where reliable current sensing and thermal stability are critical.
