CMP2512AFX-5602ELF is a high-power anti-surge chip resistor from the CMP-A series designed for demanding applications requiring robust surge protection and thermal stability. The device features thick film technology with a power rating of 1.5 watts at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 300V, and a maximum overload voltage of 600V, enabling reliable operation in high-stress environments. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +155°C and meets AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards, RoHS compliance, and halogen-free requirements. The resistor's compact 2512 package (6.40 × 3.10 mm) combined with its high surge withstanding capability makes it ideal for power supplies, digital meters, LED lighting circuits, and industrial control boards where transient protection and thermal performance are critical.
