CMP1206AFX-1001ELF is a high-power anti-surge chip resistor designed for demanding applications requiring robust surge protection and thermal stability. This 1206-sized resistor features a power rating of 0.75 W at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 250 V, and a maximum overload voltage of 500 V, making it suitable for high-stress environments. The device incorporates thick film technology with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C, operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +155°C, and meets AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with tin-plated termination for reliable soldering.
