DESCRIPCIÓN
CHP0805-FX-1002ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from the Bourns CHP Series, designed for demanding applications requiring high surge withstanding capability and reliable performance. The device features thick film technology with a power rating of 0.5 W at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 200 V for resistance values from 1 ohm to 1 megohm, and a maximum overload voltage of 300 V. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of ±150 ppm/°C for 1 ohm to 9.76 ohms (±1% tolerance) and ±100 ppm/°C for 10 ohms to 1 megohm. The resistor is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for power supplies, digital meters, consumer electronics, LED lighting, and industrial control boards where high power dissipation and thermal stability are essential.
