DESCRIPCIÓN

CHP0805AFX-1001ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from Bourns' CHP-A Series, designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. This 0805-sized component delivers a power rating of 0.5 W at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 200 V and maximum overload voltage of 300 V, utilizing thick film technology for robust performance. The resistor features ±1% tolerance with ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, operates across -55°C to +155°C, and incorporates high power surge withstanding capability as demonstrated in the surge performance curves. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features sulfur-resistant design per ASTM-B809, making it ideal for power supplies, LED lighting, industrial control boards, and automotive electronics where reliability and thermal performance are critical.
