DESCRIPCIÓN

CAY17-222JALF is a bussed resistor array featuring 8 thick-film resistors on a high-purity alumina substrate in a 1206 package size with convex termination style. The device is rated for a maximum working voltage of 25 V and maximum overload voltage of 50 V, with a power rating of 0.0625 W per resistor at 70°C and 0.250 W for the entire package. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, the array provides ±5% resistance tolerance and is suitable for all types of soldering processes including RoHS-compliant reflow profiles. This component is ideal for pull-up/pull-down circuits and general-purpose resistor network applications in consumer electronics, industrial control, and telecommunications equipment.
