DESCRIPCIÓN

CAT25-472JALF is a thick film chip resistor array from Bourns featuring 8 bussed resistors with a resistance value of 4.7 kO and 5% tolerance. The device offers a power rating of 62.5 mW per resistor, a temperature coefficient of resistance (T.C.R.) of ±200 ppm/°C, and a maximum operating voltage of 25 V. It operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and features concave terminals with tin-plated (RoHS compliant) terminations. The substrate is Alumina 96 with a ruthenium oxide resistive element and glass coating. This compact resistor array is ideal for 8-bit multiple applications where space-saving bussed configurations are required.
