DESCRIPCIÓN
5.0SMDJ58A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 5000 watts at 1 ms pulse width, a working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 58 V, and a breakdown voltage range of 64.4 V to 71.2 V. The device offers a maximum clamping voltage of 93.6 V and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Housed in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount package, this RoHS compliant and halogen-free TVS diode provides reliable circuit protection with fast response times of less than 1.0 ps from 0 V to breakdown voltage.
