DESCRIPCIÓN
5.0SMDJ48A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 5000 watts (TP = 1 ms), a working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 48 V, and a breakdown voltage range of 53.3 V to 58.9 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is housed in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount package. With a maximum clamping voltage of 77.4 V and peak pulse current of 64.7 A, this RoHS compliant and halogen-free TVS diode provides reliable circuit protection with fast response times of less than 1.0 ps.
