DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T02-330LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network in the 4800P series with a bussed (2-circuit) electrical configuration. This component features two independent resistor circuits, each with a nominal resistance of 330 ohms, and is housed in a SOM-16 package measuring 9.53 mm × 12.45 mm with 0.432 mm lead thickness. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. It is RoHS compliant (LF termination), AEC-Q200 qualified, and compatible with automatic placement equipment and tape-and-reel packaging. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder circuits in high-reliability electronic systems.
