DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T01-151LF is a thick film surface mount medium body resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 150 ohm resistance value and RoHS-compliant lead termination. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 50 V, and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 ohms. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified and features compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue, with a power rating of 0.160 watt per resistor at 70°C. It is packaged in a standard EIA-compatible SOM-16 package suitable for automatic placement equipment and tape and reel packaging, making it ideal for applications requiring reliable resistor networks in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
