DESCRIPCIÓN

4816P-3-331/471LF is a thick film surface mount dual terminator resistor network from the Bourns 4800P series. It features a 3-circuit dual terminator configuration with R1 = 330O and R2 = 470O resistance values, housed in a 16-pin medium body SOM package. The device offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% for values 100O and above, with a power rating of 0.080 watt per resistor at 70°C and a package power rating of 1.28 watts. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 50V and TCR of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50O and above. This RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified component is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other signal termination requirements where reliable dual terminator networks are needed.
