DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-2-332 is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 resistors with a bussed electrical configuration in a 16-pin SOM package. This component provides a resistance value of 3,300 ohms with ±2% tolerance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms. The device delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The 4816P-2-332 is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and ideal for applications requiring integrated resistor networks such as DRAM, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits where space efficiency and reliability are essential.
