DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-105 is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, designed for medium-body applications requiring multiple independent resistor elements. This 16-pin device features a 1 megohm resistance value with ±2% tolerance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O. The package delivers 1.28 watts power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The isolated configuration (circuit code 1) provides eight independent resistor elements, each rated for 0.160 watts at 70°C, with lead frame material of copper solder-coated and thermoplastic body material conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards. This component is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for automotive, telecommunications, and industrial applications requiring reliable resistor networks with tight tolerance specifications.
