DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4612X-102-133FLF is an isolated thick-film resistor network from Bourns' 4600X Series, featuring a 12-pin single in-line package (SIP) configuration with isolated resistor elements. This component incorporates multiple isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a total package power rating of 1.50 watts at 70°C ambient temperature. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances from 50 O to 2.2 MO. The resistors support a tolerance of ±1% for values from 100 ohms to 5 megaohms, with individual resistor power ratings of 0.30 watts at 70°C. This product is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations and is recommended for rosin flux and solvent clean or no-clean flux processes, making it suitable for applications in DRAM, SCSI, and other precision signal conditioning circuits.
