DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4609X-101-332LF is a 9-pin thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration where resistors are connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins. This device incorporates 3,300 O resistors with ±2% tolerance and operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range, and features an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum with 200 VRMS dielectric withstanding voltage. The package is RoHS compliant with Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations, rated for 1.13 W at 70°C ambient temperature, and is ideal for applications requiring compact, reliable resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other high-density circuit designs.
