DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4608X-AP1-472LF is a thick-film conformal single-in-line package (SIP) resistor network featuring 8 pins in a bussed (101) electrical configuration with ammo-pak packaging. This device incorporates multiple thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, with a nominal resistance value of 4,700 ohms (code 472) and ±1% tolerance (F suffix). The package delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature, operates across -55°C to +125°C, and features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V with low profile dimensions compatible with DIP layouts. The resistor network exhibits excellent stability with ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient of resistance and 10,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance, making it suitable for DRAM applications, dual terminator circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination applications where precision resistor networks are required.
