DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4608X-102-205FLF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 2.2 kO resistance value with ±1% tolerance. This component incorporates isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS and insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum. The RoHS-compliant component features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations and is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact, low-profile form factors such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and signal processing circuits.
