DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4604X-101-102LF is a thick-film conformal SIP resistor network featuring an isolated resistor configuration (102 circuit) with 4 pins and RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations. This component incorporates 2 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 megohms) and ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O or above 2.2 megohms), ensuring stable performance across diverse environmental conditions. The 4604X package delivers 0.50 watts at 70°C ambient temperature and features a low-profile epoxy resin body compatible with DIP layouts, making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other precision signal conditioning circuits requiring compact, reliable resistor networks.
