DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4310R-101-105 is a 10-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with a 1 megohm resistance value. This low-profile component incorporates 10 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, with a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C and a maximum operating voltage of 100V. The device offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C (above 2.2 megohms), TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, and improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The 4310R-101-105 is RoHS compliant, features a low-profile design for DIP compatibility, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor networks are required.
