DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4308R-102-223LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value connected between separate pins. This device incorporates a 22 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance, tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) termination, and is designed for low-profile compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment. The network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, a power rating of 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C, and maintains superior package integrity through its novolac epoxy body with copper solder-coated lead frame. The device is ideal for applications requiring multiple isolated resistors in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks, where space efficiency and reliable performance are essential.
