DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4306R-101-104LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a dual terminator (104) electrical configuration with 6 pins and tin-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. This device incorporates paired thick-film resistors in series between common lines, providing superior package integrity and low-profile design compatible with automatic insertion equipment and DIP packages. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C (for values above 2.2 megohms) and TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C, delivering stable performance across the operating temperature range of +70°C to +125°C with power derating. The 4306R package is rated for 0.75 watts at 70°C ambient temperature, making it suitable for SCSI termination, DRAM applications, and other signal termination scenarios where reliable impedance matching and thermal stability are essential.
