DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-2-103 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, configured as a bussed resistor network with 15 resistors and pin 16 common. It features a resistance value of 10 kO (±2% tolerance) and is designed for dual-circuit applications with 16 pins. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C. It provides a power rating of 0.125 watt per resistor at 70°C and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. The 4116R-2-103 is ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision resistor network requirements where compact, reliable multi-resistor integration is needed.
