DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-1-562LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 5,600 ohms and ±2% tolerance. This 16-pin package operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C. The device delivers 2.25 watts power rating at 70°C and includes tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination (LF suffix) suitable for automatic insertion equipment. Superior package integrity, excellent lead solderability per MIL-STD-202 Method 208, and compatibility with standard PCB assembly processes make this component ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring isolated circuit configurations.
