DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4116R-1-471LF is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a nominal resistance of 470 ohms. This component operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, with a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits excellent stability with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and includes RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix) suitable for automatic insertion equipment. The device is constructed with a copper solder-coated lead frame and novolac epoxy body, conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and dual terminator configurations where multiple isolated resistors are required in a compact package.
