DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4116R-1-151 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, configured as an isolated resistor network (1 circuit) with 8 individual resistors in a 16-pin package. It features a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values between 50 O and 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, and offers improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The package delivers 2.25 watts power rating at 70°C with superior package integrity, RoHS compliance, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, making it suitable for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision resistor network requirements.
