DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4114R-1-561 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration with a resistance code of 561 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O and above 2.2 MO). The package delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C and features superior package integrity with compatibility for automatic insertion equipment. With RoHS compliant versions available and improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%, this resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI applications, and other precision circuit implementations requiring multiple isolated resistive elements.
