DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-1-473 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration with a resistance value of 47 kO (code 473). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a power rating of 2.00 watts at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with improved tolerance options available down to ±0.5%. The resistor network is constructed with a novolac epoxy body and copper lead frame with solder coating, conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards. It is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and available in RoHS-compliant versions, making it suitable for applications including DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination.
