DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-1-124 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration with a resistance value of 120 kO (code 124). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a power rating of 2.00 watts at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and provides TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with improved tolerance options available down to ±0.5%. The device is RoHS compliant, features superior package integrity with a Novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring reliable performance and compact packaging.
