DESCRIPCIÓN

The 3223J-1-504E is a surface-mount 3 mm square multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer designed for industrial applications requiring sealed construction. It features a 500 kO resistance value with ±20% tolerance, 11-turn adjustment angle, and essentially infinite resolution for precise tuning. The device is sealed to withstand standard board wash processing and includes a flush adjustment screw with top-adjust configuration, meeting EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standard trimmer footprints. Operating over a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, it delivers reliable performance in demanding environments. The potentiometer is rated for 0.125 watts at 70°C and features robust mechanical characteristics including 2.50 oz-in maximum torque and 200-cycle rotational cycling capability, making it ideal for precision instrumentation, calibration circuits, and industrial control systems.
