DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2093-270-SM-RPLF is a high-voltage, 2-electrode Gas Discharge Tube from the Bourns 2093 series, providing robust overvoltage protection in a compact surface-mount package. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 2700 V and can handle a single impulse discharge current of 5000 A (8/20 µs). Key electrical characteristics include a high insulation resistance of over 1 GΩ, a low capacitance of less than 0.8 pF, and a glow voltage of 60 V.
