DESCRIPCIÓN
The 2056-23-B2LF is a light-duty 3-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection applications in telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics equipment. This compact device features a 6 mm diameter and 8 mm length with a DC sparkover voltage of 230 V (±20% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover ratings of less than 600 V at 100 V/µs and less than 700 V at 1000 V/µs. The tube exhibits low capacitance (less than 2 pF at 1 MHz), low insertion loss, and an insulation resistance greater than 1 GO, with operating temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. It is RoHS compliant, UL recognized, and available with B2 lead configuration (0.8 mm diameter, 4.4 mm spacing), making it suitable for protecting sensitive circuits against transient overvoltages in network and power distribution systems.
