DESCRIPCIÓN

2051-60-SM-RPLF is a micro surface mount 2-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for board-level transient voltage protection. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 600 V ±25% at 100 V/s, impulse sparkover of <950 V at 100 V/µs and <1100 V at 1000 V/µs, with a typical capacitance of less than 1 pF making it ideal for high-speed/high-bandwidth applications. The device offers high insulation resistance (>1 GO), impulse discharge current capability of 2000 A (8/20 µs) for 10 operations, and operates over a temperature range of -40 to +125°C. Common applications include MDC/PCI modems, splitters, telecom CPE, and datacom equipment where compact surge protection with low capacitance is required.
