DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2051-47-SM-RPLF is a micro surface mount, 2-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for board-level protection in high-speed and high-bandwidth applications. This device features a DC sparkover voltage of 470 V ±25% at 100 V/s, with impulse sparkover ratings of <800 V at 100 V/µs and <950 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable transient suppression. The compact dimensions of 2.7 × 3.2 × 4.5 mm combined with low capacitance (<1 pF at 1 MHz) make it ideal for high-frequency signal lines where minimal signal distortion is critical. Additional features include high insulation resistance (>1 GO), glow voltage of approximately 70 V at 10 mA, and arc voltage of approximately 10 V at 1 A, with operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant and UL recognized, making it suitable for MDC/PCI modems, splitters, telecom CPE, and datacom applications where space constraints and performance stability are essential.
