DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2027-47-SM-RPLF is a precision gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protector designed for compact surface mount applications. This 2-electrode device features an 8 mm diameter and 6 mm length, with a DC sparkover voltage of 470 V (±15% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover ratings of 725 V at 100 V/µs and 1000 V at 1000 V/µs. The device exhibits high surge current capability, low capacitance (< 1 pF at 1 MHz), and stable breakdown characteristics throughout its operational life. It is UL recognized (File E153537) and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for telecommunications, industrial electronics, commercial electronics, and aircraft/military applications where reliable surge protection is critical.
