DESCRIPCIÓN

The 1.5SMC43A is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 40.9–45.2 V with a peak pulse power rating of 1500 watts and a peak forward surge current of 200 amps. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds from 0 V to minimum breakdown voltage. With RoHS compliance, halogen-free construction, and a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C, the 1.5SMC43A provides reliable transient protection across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, making it ideal for IEC 61000-4-2 ESD, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection applications.
