DESCRIPCIÓN

The 1.5SMC350A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from surge and electrostatic discharge events. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts, a working peak reverse voltage of 300 V, and a breakdown voltage range of 332 V to 368 V. This device exhibits a low maximum reverse leakage current of 1 µA at its working voltage and can clamp transient voltages to a maximum of 482 V. Housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) package, it is ideal for applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment requiring compliance with IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, and IEC 61000-4-5 standards.
