DESCRIPCIÓN

1.5SMC300A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts at 1 ms pulse width, with a breakdown voltage range of 332 V to 368 V (5% tolerance) and a working peak reverse voltage of 300 V. The device is housed in a compact surface mount SMC (DO-214AB) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. This TVS diode is RoHS compliant and halogen free, with fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics in portable communications, computing, and video equipment against IEC 61000-4-2 ESD, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge events.
