DESCRIPCIÓN

The 1.5SMC15A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 6.8 to 550 volts with a peak pulse power rating of 1500 watts and fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package and is RoHS compliant and halogen free. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from transient overvoltage events.
