DESCRIPCIÓN
The 1.5SMBJ36A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in compact portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a DO-214AA (SMB) package with a breakdown voltage of 40 V, working peak reverse voltage of 44.2 V, and maximum reverse clamping voltage of 36 V at rated conditions. The device delivers 1500 watts peak pulse power dissipation with typical response times less than 1.0 picosecond from 0 V to minimum breakdown voltage, and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection applications.
