The 440G2 is a 1x4 auxiliary connector kit designed for integration with SBE 320 and SBX 350 power connectors. It accommodates 20 to 16 AWG wire sizes (0.75 to 1.5 mm²) and enables up to 4 auxiliary circuits, each rated for 20 amps at 150 volts. The kit features a genderless design with gold-plated pin and socket contacts, providing durability and cost-effective performance for applications requiring auxiliary signal or low-power circuits. The auxiliary connector allows for circuit sequencing through multiple pin lengths and includes an auxiliary housing, standard-length pin contacts, socket contacts, retaining pins, and a retaining clip. This design is ideal for battery monitoring, equipment vehicle communication, and intelligent power switching applications where auxiliary circuits must be integrated with primary power distribution.
