DESCRIPCIÓN
The SFV20R-4STE1HLF is a right-angle Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable cable connections with minimal insertion effort. It features a compact height of 1.8mm, accommodates cable thickness of 0.3mm, and is available with top or bottom contact options, with an optional cable lock function to prevent unintentional cable release. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts and tabs with standard gold plating (0.08µm minimum), delivering a contact resistance of 30mO maximum and supporting a voltage rating of 50V AC/DC with a current rating of 0.5A AC/DC. With an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, FFC retention force of 0.39N/contact minimum (tin) and FPC retention force of 0.25N/contact minimum (gold), plus 20 mating cycle durability, this connector ensures vibration-proof performance and high solderability. The halogen-free, lead-free design with UL94V-0 rated housing (nylon/LCP) and PPS actuator meets RoHS compliance and is ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, displays, and industrial control applications.
