DESCRIPCIÓN
The 66226-035LF is a pin connector from Amphenol's Clincher™ 2.54mm flex connector system, engineered for reliable termination to flat flexible cable (FFC), flexible printed circuits (FPC), and conductive ink circuitry (CIC). The connector features pre-loaded dual-metal Mini-PV™ contacts with a clinching section that forms a gas-tight, four-point crimp to each conductor, eliminating the need for cable preparation and enabling mass termination. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C and supports conductor specifications including 0.076mm ± 0.013mm thickness and 1.57mm ± 0.07mm width with Mylar or KAPTON polyimide insulation. The connector delivers a contact resistance of 10mO maximum, a current rating of 2.0A continuous per contact, and withstands 1000VAC RMS, with contact durability rated for 100 mating cycles. This design is ideal for industrial applications, consumer electronics, medical devices, and sensing instrumentation where cost-effective, reliable flex connections are required.
