DESCRIPCIÓN
The 62684-322100ALF is a 0.5mm pitch ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) right-angle FFC-FPC connector from the OPU series, designed for reliable cable termination with easy insertion and strong retention. It features a height of 2.00mm, phosphor bronze contacts with brass tabs, and is available in 32 to 60 contact configurations with halogen-free and lead-free construction. The connector delivers an FFC/FPC retention force of 0.25N per contact minimum and supports 20 mating cycles, with electrical ratings of 50V AC/DC and 0.5A AC/DC current capacity. Operating reliably across -55°C to +85°C, it provides contact resistance of 30mO maximum and 100MO minimum insulation resistance, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, telecommunications, consumer, and medical applications where vibration resistance and durability are essential.
